Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on the purchase of nutritional supplements that are sealed & unopened, minus shipping/handling. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We do not offer refunds on unsealed or opened nutritional supplement products.

We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products such as the VeRelief, minus shipping/handling. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. The product must be returned with all original contents inside the box, in the original package, in new and re-sellable condition.

Here is the process for initiating a return:

  1. Please email support@askdrkan.com with subject line: Return Order Number xxxxx

  2. Include in the email:

     • Your name
     • Order number
     • Name of products you are returning
     • Quantity you are returning
     • The reason for returning

    For nutritional supplements, state whether the product is sealed and unopened. We do not accept returns for unsealed and open nutritional supplement products.

  3. Once we receive the email, we will reply with a return authorization if the return is within 30 days of purchase and is eligible for return, and you will receive further instructions for returning the products.

  4. Once we receive the products in good condition, we will go ahead and issue the refund.
