We offer a 30-day return policy on the purchase of nutritional supplements that are sealed & unopened, minus shipping/handling. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We do not offer refunds on unsealed or opened nutritional supplement products.
We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products such as the VeRelief, minus shipping/handling. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. The product must be returned with all original contents inside the box, in the original package, in new and re-sellable condition.

- Include in the email:
• Your name
• Order number
• Name of products you are returning
• Quantity you are returning
• The reason for returning
For nutritional supplements, state whether the product is sealed and unopened. We do not accept returns for unsealed and open nutritional supplement products.
- Once we receive the email, we will reply with a return authorization if the return is within 30 days of purchase and is eligible for return, and you will receive further instructions for returning the products.
- Once we receive the products in good condition, we will go ahead and issue the refund.
